It’s an internal issue that causes the Nox Player to be stuck at 99 whenever you launch the Emulator.
Due to this issue, a lot of people aren’t able to use the Nox App Player on PC like before. Since the number of people facing this issue are increasing exponentially, we’ve decided to dig up a little bit and try to solve the issue for you all. After spending a good amount of time figuring out the root cause of the issue, we’ve finally managed to come up with a solution. It’s a simple fix that can resolve the Nox App Player Stuck at 99% issue while booting up.
How To Fix Nox Stuck At 99% On Windows/Mac?
You can use the following methods to get rid of other issues as well such as Virtual Machine Error, System failed to start, etc. In case, if one method doesn’t work for you, then feel free to try another one.
Disable Windows Firewall
The first thing you should do before launching the Nox Player is to make sure that the Firewall and Antivirus of your Windows are disabled. Well, this is quite basic, but a good chunk of users were able to get rid of the issue by following this simple setting.
Step 1: Go to the Windows tab, type in “Windows Firewall” in the search option to get the Firewall settings.
Step 2: Open the Windows Firewall settings, there you would find an option to disable the Windows Firewall. The setting will be located on the top left corner of your screen. (Look up to the reference image to figure out)
Step 3: On the next screen, you have to select the option “Turn Off Windows Firewall” under Public and Private Network system. Now just click on “Ok” for the changes to apply.
That’s it, now reboot your PC and try to run the Nox Player as Admin. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved. if not, then try out the next method.
Repair Windows Registry Files
So, in this method, you have to repair all the Registry files which are damaged or edited. Well, this could be a lengthy process if you try to do it all by yourself. Otherwise, you could take help of a third party application called “Windows Repair” which will automatically identify the damaged Registry files and repairs them in just one click.
Step 1: Go ahead and download the Windows Repair software on your PC using the download link. (Use any extracting tool to unzip the folder and install the application)
Step 2: Run the Windows Repair Tool as “Admin”, navigate to the option “Repairs” which will be situated in the Top right side corner of the Tool.
Step 3: Now click on “Open Repairs” to get the list of damaged Registry files. Once the list is loaded up, just click on “Start Repairing” to fix all the damaged files.
Step 4: Your PC will automatically restart/reboot after all the Registry files are fixed. Now you will be able to use the Nox Player Android Emulator without any issue.
On the other hand, please download latest version of Nox for your Mac or Windows and install it from the beginning. Please uninstall completely from your pc if you have already installed.
